    Good article!!

    I would put emphasis about the ‘memcache like’ nature of Redis. For me is more a replacement for memcache that a proper database.

    As you commented you can have persisten storage, but it’s not one of the Redis strengs. Also, must agree that the datasets structures is an incredible feature, and one superb feature is the ability to do PubSub in an elegant an easy way.
